Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days after your order has been confirmed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
All orders are shipped with tracking number sent directly by email to the buyer. Once your order has been processed & paid,
you will receive the tracking number by email, then it can not be modified or canceled.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and local postal services. Please note that we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (such as weather conditions, customs inspections, or peak seasons).
Please note that refunds cannot be issued if your package is returned to us due to non-collection or absence during delivery attempts. If you wish to have it reshipped, additional shipping costs will apply.
For customers outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may be charged upon delivery. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and cannot be reimbursed. We always strive to minimize such charges, but they may still apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Returns
